We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase from bundle&company.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy replacement process.  It's our way of showing you that we care.  


We offer one (1) free replacement on most item(s) that were purchased from us at bundleandcompany.com.  

To be eligible for replacement, you must notify us at support@bundleandcompany.com within 10 days from the date of receipt that you would like to replace your items.  Items are not eligible for replacement if you do not notify us within that timeframe.  

Damaged & Defective Items

We will replace your items if they are defective or were damaged by us or through the shipping and handling process.  We cannot replace items that were damaged by any other means.

Gift Cards & Sale Items

Gift cards and any items marked Sale are not eligible for replacement.  Only regularly priced items are eligible for replacement.  


For any items marked as a gift when purchased, we cannot replace those items unless they are damaged or defective (see "Damaged & Defective Items" above).

Third-Party Purchases

We can only replace items that were purchased from bundleandcompany.com.  If you purchased an item from us, you must contact us for your replacement item.  Third-party retailers will not replace items that were purchased directly from us.  

Likewise, if you purchased an item from a third-party retailer, you must contact them for a return/replacement.  We do not replace items purchased from third-party retailers.

NOTE:  Please do not physically return your item to us.  


When you send your notification that you would like to have an item replaced, please include the following:

  • Photo(s) of the item that you would like to replace
  • Proof of purchase (ie receipt, order number, etc)

Once we receive that information, we will review your replacement request.  We reserve the right to decide if the information you provide is acceptable to authorize your replacement request.  

If your information is acceptable and your replacement request is authorized, we will send you one (1) free replacement item at no cost to you.  We will pay for the replacement item as well as shipping and handling.    

Late or Missing Replacements

When your replacement item is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can track the progress of your item.  If your package does not arrive when scheduled, please contact us at support@bundleandcompany.com.
