WHERE IS MY ORDER?  

You should have received a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email.  Please reference that number for up-to-date tracking information for your shipment.  If you still have questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us at support@bundleandcompany.com.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days after your order is received.  Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kansas.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We strive to provide transparency in our fees so you'll always know what you are paying for when you check out.  In light of that, we adopted a simple shipping plan:

  • Flat rate shipping of $2.99 on all orders up to $50
  • Free shipping on all orders over $50

These rates are valid for shipments within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.  Our flat rate and free shipping rates cover both shipping and handling so you don't have to worry about hidden fees at checkout.  

NOTE:  To save on shipping costs so more money can go towards our mission, we only ship complete orders.  No partial orders will be shipped.  

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?  

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.  We may offer international shipping in the future, so please check back with us for updates.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we ship to both.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING INSURANCE?

For orders under 10 lbs, we do not offer shipping insurance.  If your order is over 10 lbs, please contact us at support@bundleandcompany.com and we can arrange shipping insurance for you.  

I GAVE YOU THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS.  WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Let us know immediately by emailing us at support@bundleandcompany.com.  We may be able to fix your order before it is shipped.  If we do not receive your updated address prior to shipping, we need to wait to see if your order is returned to our warehouse.  If that happens, all you need to do is provide us with an accurate shipping address and pay the reshipment cost.  If your order is not returned to our warehouse and is deemed 'lost in the mail', you'll need to reorder your item(s).  

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN-STORE?

Sorry, we do not offer in-store pickup at our warehouse.
